the hotel lobby exuded elegance and was well, maintained, leaving a positive first impression. the room I stayed in, located in the second building, was spacious and had a cozy, Japanese, style ambiance. the ability to access floors with a simple tap of my room card was a convenient feature. Although the room lacked a mini, bar, I found the overall experience quite satisfactory.

The staff at the hotel lacked proper training and their attitude towards guests' concerns was disappointing.

I stayed here the first night I arrived at Shanghai, I stayed in a queen size bedroom with window. I find the price reasonable, internet is free with cable provided. Wifi can be accessed in the lobby. Breakfast is included. I checked out and stayed in a 5star hotel - the purple mountain on the 2nd night. but found the price ridiculously expensive.. without breakfast and they charge RMB 2 per minute for internet. After that i searched for other hotels around shanghai and finally decided H Hotel is the best! If you're looking for a medium range hotel which is clean and confortable with most facilities, this is it.

the should extend their breakfast hour to 11am rather than 9.30

Family Mart 24/7 groceries store was near by. Free TimeOut magazine was great.

The breakfast is pretty poor, but if you eat chinese food it's okay. There should be more fruits available and yogurt every morning. No western TV channels available (CNN was listed but did not work). Toilet did not flush well.

Simple n nice hotel, value for the money. The room is clean n well maintain. The hotel staff is warm and polite. Even there is no metro stop near by, but can easily reached by bus.

I recently stayed at this luxury hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The location is perfect, as it is situated near the office center, which made my commute a breeze. The staff provided exceptional service, with 24-hour room service that catered to all my needs. I was also pleased to find that the hotel offers package/parcel services, which was very convenient for my business needs. Additionally, having a dietician and doctor on call gave me peace of mind in case of any health concerns. To top it off, the shoe shine service was a nice touch and ensured that I looked polished at all times.

I highly recommend this hotel to others.

During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the well-lit and cozy room provided by the hotel. Its close proximity to nearby offices and shopping centers was also a huge advantage. the warm and welcoming reception area of the hotel gave a great first impression of the establishment.

I was disappointed with certain aspects of the hotel. One of the downsides was that there was no mini-bar available in the room, which made it inconvenient to access drinks.

The location is quite (not very) strategic and you got free wifi
